They have received telephone calls from a male subject identifying himself as Peter Jenkins. Phone numbers on caller ID are 323-786-8043 or 876-583-3713. He is telling people they have won $480,000 or other large amounts of money and to send money by Western Union to claim the money. In other phone calls he is asking for Wal-Mart gift cards.
